Ketan Shah

Ketan qualified in 1991 and has been a partner of the firm since 1994.

He has extensive experience in advising SMEs in Kenya, Uganda and UK as well as working on due diligence and special assignments. He manages a diverse portfolio including clients in construction, hospitality and technology industry.

Ketan specialises in the care home sector and has been involved in several transactions relating to the acquisition of care homes.

He currently holds the role of audit partner and MLRO of the firm and is a member of international board of partners.
